About Me
Hello. My name is Perri and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and (3-time) cancer survivor who is passionate about creating space where people feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered in their healing.
I received my MA in Counseling at the University of Colorado, Denver, in 2018, and have been practicing ever since. I began my career as a school counselor in public education. I've moved to private practice where now, I specialize in helping clients navigate life’s transitions, including, but not limited to, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, identity shifts, health issues, relationships, and general emotional overwhelm, with compassion, curiosity, and authenticity.
I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 kids, pets, friends, celebrating my Jewish/Israeli heritage, and finding water to submerge in wherever/whenever possible.

Philosophy
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices with a deeply relational and holistic perspective. My style is calm, compassionate, and direct. I listen deeply, bring curiosity to each session, and gently challenge clients toward insight and growth.
As a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR, ACT, and CBT, I tailor evidence-based care to meet each client where they are. I also see all of my clients virtually and offer flexibility to schedule our appointments for days, evenings or weekends, as needed.
Also, because of my time spent working in public education, I have a strong understanding of how systemic racism and inequity can affect students, families and communities.
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and empowered. Therapy can help you reconnect with your resilience and move into your next chapter with clarity and courage.
If you're ready, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
